Came across an issue with the Configuration Manager Console crashing when adding boundary groups to a distribution point.  When going into properties of a distribution point on the boundary groups tab and clicking Add I would recieve this error:

This is a known issue with the Update Rollup for Configuration Manager Current Branch Version 1610 installed.  There is a hotfix available HERE

You can also work around this by adding the boundary group and distribution point relationships in the Boundary properties if you do not wish to install the hotfix.
